**Hello Monday** {2.12.2024}

Hello Monday!!! We are counting down. We have 5 days this week, and then next week is Winter Break. Woo Hoo! How was your weekend? I’ve been feeling kindof icky all weekend. Fighting off a sore throat.

Friday morning, my sweet friend Cathy, brought me a coffee. <3 It was the perfect treat. 

Friday night, we went to grab some Mexican food. I forgot to take pictures to document. 

Saturday morning, we were up fairly early, at least me and Joey were with the pup. We started working around the house. Addison put Milo in her wheelbarrow and it was the cutest thing. He was not thrilled. 

We got a special delivery from Papaw and Nonna. Addison was very excited! Haha! 

Saturday afternoon, I had a little photo shoot with some new pieces I ordered from Jules & James Boutique. They have a lot of cute things right now! You’ll notice, in some of the pictures, Milo snuck in. 

This Monica Top in Fun Floral is a beautiful print. It has a silky, flowy fit. It’s a great length, definitely covering the booty. But, you could definitely do a front tuck to give it a different look. It has a ruching around the sleeve to give it a bubble sleeve. 

I Love Love Love these White Frayed Crop Jeans! I have them in the Denim color too and often grab for them. I’m wearing them in all outfits today. I feel like they are a little tighter fitting than my denim pair. I always get so many compliments when I wear them.

How cute is this Black Linen Top! I love the colors, the ruffles, and the frayed sleeve. It’s going to be perfect to wear this Spring and Summer! And, I always tend to sway toward embroidery!

This Watercolor Ruffled Top is precious! It is a crisp material, so it’s going to hold its shape and not get droopy. It is a nice, thick cotton, so it doesn’t have much give. Keep that in mind. I stuck to my typical size. The colors in this are gorgeous!

I have this teal top in the cream color. Obviously, I love it because I had to have it in this color as well. I actually am wearing it in the picture, on my sidebar. 🙂 

I Love the exposed seam and the chunky feel. It’s flattering on everyone.

This Mineral Wash Muslin Tiered dress is so soft and a true go-to classic for Spring and Summertime. It has a cute button detailing down the bodice, and the tiers are very flattering. I love the mineral washed blue color.

My girl and I were twinning in our hearts for dinner. 

Joey took us out for Valentine’s day to 1885 grill. We had a delicious meal! And we were stuffed. 

On the drive home, we drove by this really old church. I loved the architecture! So neat! 

We stopped by Academy on the way home. We had to get Addison all the things for soccer. 

She was eyeing these sneakers, but I told her she was going to have to wait. We had to drop a ton of money to get her ready for soccer. Haha! 

My allergies and throat were still bothering me Sunday morning. And, it didn’t help that I was up with Milo at 4:20 and 5:30. I ended up sleeping in until almost 8:00. That was nice. 

Addison and I worked on making her Valentine’s treats for her class. 

The weather was yucky. She did some painting on these magnets. Doing art is her favorite. She loves to color, draw and paint. 

The sun popped out yesterday evening, and we headed outside to sit on the patio for a bit. I was able to get a few pages of my new book in. I can’t decide if I’m going to like it yet. 

Addison started feeling a little yucky yesterday evening. She pretty much laid in bed after 4:00 which is not like her at all. She didn’t even want to get up for dinner. So, I hope by this morning she is feeling better.
