**Friday Favorites** {2.23.2024}
Happy Happy Friday!!! Our week off has flown by, and we are sad it’s almost over.
Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.
I’m starting way back to last Friday. On the way to Addison’s ENT appointment, we stopped by the pet shop and grabbed Milo some treats.
Friday night, Addison spent the night with Joey’s Dad.
We ended up going out to eat with Dustin & Shannon without kids. I’m so sad we forgot to even document the occasion. Haha! #bloggerfail
Saturday, Joey and I ran over to Aunt Dot’s and Uncle Stan’s house to get a beautiful mantle they got for us. It’s to go on our outdoor fireplace, and we were very excited!
Meanwhile, Addison was with all the cousins and Grandpa and Granna having the time of their lives at the Rock garden. So neat!
Sunday morning, we went to church. As I said in my post from Wednesday, I wasn’t feeling that well when we got home. I just thought I was tired though, so I took a quick nap. When I got up, I felt a little better and decided to go to Costco. We needed to grab some things.
Sunday night, I cooked dinner then we watched Beethoven. During the movie, I started feeling really bad and very weak. My stomach and lower back were killing me. I went down fast. I snuggled in bed with the heated blanket and some meds.
During the night, I woke up sweating though. So, I guess whatever it was, it was short lived.
By Monday morning, I was feeling back to normal. It was very weird. I think it must have been something I ate.
Addison and I ran some errands, and we found the cute bunnies at Walmart. Had to grab some!
Joey forgot his lunch at home, so we picked him up from work and all ate lunch together. 🙂
On the way home, we stopped by Claire’s. Addison was loving life! It took me back to my childhood.
Once we got home, Addison enjoyed being the animal whisperer. Haha!
Joey’s desk came in for his upstairs office. Addison helped him put it together.
Tuesday, we met up with Cindy and Adalynn and headed to Adventure Air Sports. The girls had a blast! There was so much for them to do, and thankfully, it wasn’t too crowded.
The weather has overall been very nice this week. Once we got home, we got outside and Milo joined in the fun on the trampoline.
Wednesday, Penny got Addison for the day. I had an appointment for some spa treatments. It was glorious!
I’m going to stop here…. I’ll share more of our week on Monday! We are just wanting to soak as much of our time together as possible. Have the best weekend friends!

How lovely to eat out without kids, those are the nights I always forget to take photos too.
The rock garden looks like so much fun. I am glad you are feeling better now, it does sound like something you ate.
We were in Claire’s at the weekend and my youngest still loves it. I could have easily bought myself some things. hehehe
