**June Beach Vacation 2024** {7.3.2024}
Hey Friends! Happy Wednesday! I can’t believe tomorrow is July 4th! This is one of my favorite holidays.
Today, I’m sharing all the deets from our June beach vacation. Settle in.
Milo enjoyed his ride in and did well.
We arrived a little after lunch, on Father’s day. We got set up and relaxed for a bit. Then the guys decided to go eat Hamburger Joe’s, which is always a must.

We got back to camp and did gifts.
Then we headed down to the beach, for a walk. Milo was living his best life. He loved the sand.
We had a long travel day, so we were ready for bed early.
I started getting some sinus yuck, a cough and congestion almost immediately. It was very annoying, and at times I just didn’t feel good. I never ran a fever. I just kept taking Mucinex.
Monday, we were up early and ready to hit the beach.
We had a great first day.
We ate fresh seafood for dinner.
Then headed to play putt putt golf. Always a fave. And, this is shocking, but I won!!
We enjoyed more beach time on Tuesday. The weather the whole week was perfect!
Monday, Joey’s Mom and sisters came up also.
We met them for dinner at Carolina Roadhouse.
The place they were staying was having a Luau and Fire show that evening, so we went to check it out. It was cute!
Wednesday, we had a normal beach/pool day.
That night, we went to the shopping area Broadway at the Beach.
We were meeting back up with Penny, Cindy and the girls for the ‘Adrenaline’ show.
It was awesome! Everyone was so talented, and at times, I was so nervous for the performers I had to close my eyes.
Meanwhile, while we were away, Milo was all wrapped up enjoying relaxing with Mom & Dad.
Thursday was a great day for flying kites.
We ate at another staple, King’s Pizza that night.
After dinner, we went to another big shopping area, Barefoot Landing.
Of course, she wanted to do some of the “rides”.
We got back to the campground and had a nice walk around the park and on the beach.
Friday morning, we went to Dino’s for breakfast. My fruit French toast was so good.
We got back to camp, and we just had a really long pool day. I think Addison had about 10 Icees this whole trip.
My congestion and cough were really bothering me today. We just took it easy and had grilled hot dogs with pasta salad and chips for dinner.
We did walk down to the beach after dinner.
I decided to snap a lot of pictures on Saturday.
That was out last night, so we went for Seafood at Biminis.
Again, I decided to take a lot of pictures since I was starting to feel more like myself. You can tell my eyes are still kindof out of it. 🙂
That wraps up our trip. We headed out about 8:00 Sunday morning. We were home about 3:30.
