**Back 2 School Brinner** {8.7.2024}
Last week, on August 1st, was our first day of the new school year.
So, the night before I made my annual back to school brinner. It’s always so fun and a great tradition.
I’m usually extra busy myself, being a teacher, so I just try to add a few decorations. But you can definitely add more and really make it fun!

I served mostly normal breakfast items. I had the typical bacon and eggs. I made up some of my Sausage Muffins. I also had waffles and fruit. Sometimes I’ll do grits and have donuts, but this year I kept it simple.

I got her a new backpack and lunchbox from Pottery Barn Kids.

She’s happy to be starting 2nd grade.

And here’s my little big girl on the night before 2nd grade. Babies don’t keep friends.

And that’s it. I hope you got some inspiration for kicking off the school year.
Have a wonderful day! See you back here on Friday!
