**Friday Favorites** {9.27.2024}
Hey Friends!! Well this week has been wild. We went back to school Monday through Wednesday. Then, yesterday and today, school was cancelled due to the incoming Hurricane Helene. So crazy!
Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.
Even though we had 3 days at school, those days were super busy! I had meetings almost all three days with teachers, on top of other managerial type things. Plus trying to navigate life and home. I had a hair appointment. I don’t have too many things to share.
Wednesday, we had storms come through that were not part of the hurricane. It brought some heavy rain, flooding and power outages in our area. I sent Milo out to go potty. All he wanted to do was make the backyard a race track and not go to the bathroom. I was about to kill him! He had the zoomies and was so filthy!
I had to carry him in to the bath.
Joey has an upcoming hunting trip out west. Our house is already starting to look like a hunting cabin as he’s starting to pack.
Yesterday while we were home, in between me working on a lot of school work trying to catch up, Addison wanted to make brownies. Of course I said yes.
And, to try to lighten the mood of the storm approaching. Here were some funnies.
Definitely not downplaying the storm. Praying for all those in the path.

That’s it for today… I’m hoping when I wake up this morning, we still have power.
The festival we were planning to go to this weekend has been cancelled. We are all very bummed about it. Hopefully we can find something else fun to get into. Have a great weekend, friends!

The storms don’t sound like much fun at all but it does sound like Milo had a fab time getting dirty. hehehe Stay safe.
