**What’s up Wednesday** {10.30.2024}

It’s the last Wednesday of the month. I am linking up with Mix and Match Mama and Sheaffer and sharing what has been going on with us lately. It’s a little food, a little family, a little what we’re wearing, a little what we’re doing, a little what we’re watching and a little bit of everything else all in one post.

1. What We Are Eating This Week:

This week, the guys are still gone, so Mom, Addison, and I are just eating hodge podge aka girl food.

Sunday: Meatloaf Meatballs, Scalloped Potatoes, Lima Beans, Corn, Mac n’ Cheese (for Addison)- We took food over to my Papa

Monday: Hotdogs and Chips/dip

Tuesday: Paula Dean’s Potato Soup

Wednesday: Leftovers from Sunday

Thursday: Out to Eat- Halloween

Friday: Not sure yet. The guys should be home.

Saturday: Kitchen’s closed!

2. What I’m Reminiscing About:

Look at all these sweet Halloween memories.

These are through the years.

I also joined in the dress up fun over the years.

We have also enjoyed many a festival and fair over the years.

And we love a monogrammed shirt.

3. What I’m Loving:

I love this time of year! The weather, the leaves, all the Holiday Fall fun and all the things to come!

4. What We’ve Been Up To:

We started off the month with our school’s Fall Festival.

Our school had field day. She had some awesome visitors!

We had an awesome Adult night out to see Corey Smith!

We carved our pumpkin.

We celebrated Bailey & Kempton’s birthday!

While the guys were gone on a trip to Colorado, we went on a quick girl’s trip to the mountains of Tennessee and stayed in a tiny home community. We had lots of fun and much needed laughter.

I went on a field trip with Addison to the pumpkin farm.

We enjoyed Trunk or Treat with friends!

5. What I’m Dreading:

I’m not really dreading anything right now. 😉

6. What I’m Working On:

I’m working on this blog post and starting to plan Addison’s birthday party and order things for said birthday and Christmas!

7. What I’m Excited About:

I am really excited about all the fun things we have planned the next few months! I love this time of year!

8. What I’m Watching/Reading:

We have had a VERY busy month, so I haven’t had a lot of extra reading time for Funny Story. From what I’ve read, it’s really cute. I’m excited to read more, it’s just not making it to priority just yet. Hopefully soon!

I’ve been watching random Fall Hallmark-y type movies.

I also forgot about these 2 movies and watched them this past week. I forgot how funny they are and very enjoyable.

9. What I’m Listening To:

Not a thing at the moment. I’m working while Addison is at dance.

10. What I’m Wearing:

We have been wearing all the spirit wear and dress up day attire.

How cute is this long cardigan. It appears to be a coat, but no, it’s really a cardigan! I’m in love!

11. What I’m Doing This Weekend:

I don’t really know what we have planned for the weekend. But I’m sure we will find something fun to get into. Joey will be home!

12. What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month:

Addison’s birthday is next month which I’m not looking forward to it already being here, but I know she’s excited for it!

I’m also looking forward to Thanksgiving!

13. Favorite Amazon Find:

This hair detangler is a new favorite find! Addison and I both use it on damp hair.

That’s it!
