**Friday Favorites** {11.8.2024}
Hey Hey Friday!! My week started off fairly smooth then yesterday was like a cyclone came through. Yesterday was rough, and I’m glad the weekend is quickly in sight.
Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.
Monday, we had a normal day at school.
Students were off school on Tuesday, for Election day, because our county uses the schools for voting sites. So, Monday night Adalynn was spending the night at our house and my Mom was going to come over to watch them there.
The girls requested to sleep in the playroom, so Joey was doing some more preparation up there. A lot of the time, it looks like a cyclone came through there. Haha!
Here are the silly girls wrestling and not wanting to go to sleep.
The sleeping upstairs in the playroom was short lived. Within an hour they were back downstairs because they were scared. Haha!
Tuesday, throughout the day I got lots of cute pics. Made my day that they were having so much fun together!
Milo was loving it!
The girls also enjoyed plenty of treats.
Addison and Milo enjoyed some snuggle time one evening. He’s becoming a really sweet boy, most of the time. He still has his puppy moments.
On Wednesday, I shared a new recipe, and it was delicious! If you’re looking for a comfort food for the cooler weather, check it out here.
Yesterday, like I said, I had some very exhausting parent meetings. They were all quite lengthy and mentally draining.
Then after school, I had to decorate the cafe because today we are having our Veteran’s day breakfast and ceremony. I was at school preparing for that until almost 6. When we got home, we were doing all the things- getting ready for school, making lunches, fixing dinner, doing baths, getting out red/white/blue clothes, etc… Plus I had a lot of school work to do.
If you see me this weekend, I may be sleeping or crying. Haha! It really is good to be busy. I try not to complain too much. 🙂
I am thankful for our Veterans and happy to celebrate them today and of course on Monday!
Have a great weekend, friends!
