**Friday Favorites** {1.24.2025}

What a crazy whirlwind of a week. We started with only having a 4-day week, and it was reduced to a 3-day week due to unpredictable weather. And wow! It has been frigid cold this week even in Georgia!

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.

Way way back to last Friday, I had been having a rough week. Lots of stress. Extra stress put on by unpredicted sources. My fun work buddy, Bree, brought me some treats! It definitely cheered me up and was a favorite!

Saturday, we had to make a Target run. Addison and I were trying to take our time. You can barely see Joey in the distance. He was not all about slowly perusing the aisles.

Addison worked on reorganizing and changing up her playroom that afternoon. She requested a picture be taken.

Saturday evening, I took Joey out to celebrate his birthday! We went to a favorite restaurant, J Michael’s Prime.

The food was amazing, as always! Those brussels’ sprouts are some I dream of.

And a quick snap waiting on our car outside. Happy Birthday! We love celebrating you! I have now celebrated 14 birthdays with you!

Meanwhile, Addison was living it up at Isla’s birthday party sleepover! These girls are the sweetest even if they are a little crazy.

Sunday morning, we woke up to dreary weather and some sleeting. The arctic blast was arriving.

We drove over to visit with my Aunt Dot & Uncle. They head back to Houston next week for doctor’s visits, so we wanted to visit with them for a while.

Joey worked on a project for me! 😉 Thankful for the extra hands!

Monday early morning, we had to take my car to get new tires put on.

Joey’s Moms hot water heater had gone out. It was a bad time considering the frigid temps. So, he ran over there to work on putting a new one in.

Meanwhile, I was watching the Inauguration and snuggled up.

I did go over there and check on them. It’s great to have a handy husband.

Wednesday, I had a hair appointment. Some fresh hair is always a favorite.

You know me… always changing it up.

I recently ordered this Curie Deodorant, and so far, I am liking it. Now, it hasn’t been humid or scorching hot. So, I can’t attest to how it’s going to do in those type situations.

I do like the scents I ordered, and it hasn’t broken me out.

On Wednesday, I shared a very fun Part I trip recap of my girl’s trip to NYC! If you missed it, read all about it here.

And, that wraps up our week. We have a very busy weekend. So, probably not much rest around here.

It’s alright though. I hope you guys have a great weekend! See ya back on Monday!
