**Let’s Look At… My Wellness Routine** {5.14.2025}
Happy Happy Wednesday friends!! May is busy!
Alright, so let’s get to it! On the second Wednesday of every month, I link up with Shay from MixandMatchMama and Erika from ALittleBitofEverything. Today, we are talking about our wellness routines. Mine is definitely not what it should be, so I’m excited to get some inspiration from you guys.

This topic honestly is hard for me. I don’t take enough time for myself. I feel like I’m always on the run and never slow down to just breathe. I’m super Type A, and this is hard for me a lot of the time. Haha! So, I’ll be excited to read your lists. Mine is not too exciting.
I get up every day at 4:40 a.m. Once my feet hit the floor, I’m off. No slowing down.
I do try to eat a healthy breakfast to get me going and ready for the day.


I do like to do some wellness by visiting the chiropractor. I was on a weekly, then bi-weekly and now monthly schedule. That does also include an hour massage, which is great!

I know this one is a little stretch, but I thoroughly enjoy time spent with my family. That definitely is good for my well being.

I try to take time for myself and read. I enjoy reading, but often this time of year it doesn’t get to happen very often. I’m either too tired to read at night or have other obligations that have to come first.

And if I do have to work at night, it’s great from the comfort of my bed. 😉

Many years ago, I used to have more time and would go to workout classes, but that time has passed in this season of my life. I’m sure one day, it will come back.
I do enjoy going for a walk and wish it could happen more often.
I also try to get enough sleep. It’s just better for everyone. Haha! So, I’m usually in the bed around 9 and asleep not long after.
I am excited to read your posts!! I probably need a lot of inspiration.
