It started raining after we finished dinner. So, we didn’t really get to do much shopping or walking around. We walked to the bus and headed back to the camper.Â
The next morning, we left about 7:30 and headed north.

TIPS for Camping at Disney
*** Stay at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground if you can. You save lots of money and there’s so much to do! They have cabins you can rent if you don’t have a camper. They have restaurants, buses and the ferry boat to take you to Magic Kingdom.Â
***Bring food to cook for breakfast on your off daysÂ
***Bring your bikes
*** Rent the Golf Cart (I know it seems expensive, but it’s well worth it) The Campground is huge and after walking all day, you don’t want to walk back to camp, or even ride your bike. You’re exhaustedÂ
***Research what’s open when you go
*** Use the My Disney Experience app to order food. A lot of restaurants were only doing mobile order and some had a long wait time, so plan ahead.Â
***Pack ponchos! It’s Florida. It rains a lot.Â
***Pack a stroller. Addison never rides in a stroller anymore, but she/we were glad we had it for this trip.Â
*** Pack Sunscreen & Extra Masks (maybe we won’t need them too much longer)
***Bring water/snacks into the park
***Wear some really comfy walking shoes because you walk a lot

My boys used to LOVE the Barnstomer– I can remember riding that over and over again without even getting off!
