**Disney Vacation Days 4 & 5** {3.22.2023}
Hi guys! How is your week going? Today, I’m sharing days 4 & 5 of our Disney vacation. We were at Epcot and then had an off day.
Check the recap of days 1 & 2 here.
Read all about day 3 at MK here.
Joey was slowly feeling a little better. He didn’t get up as early to go to Epcot as we did. But, he planned to meet up with us a little later. We started off early at the bus pick up.
Addison & I arrived at Epcot and snapped a few pictures before Penny, Cindy, and Adalynn met up with us. Epcot is a favorite park. I love how pretty it is and all the countries.
Once we entered, we made a bee line straight for Frozen.
Frozen is one of our favorite rides.
After that, we headed to Mexico for the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride. It’s always a nice, little relaxing ride.
By this time, Joey met up with us, and we headed to ride Nemo. We were so happy to see him!
We left there and headed to grab quick service at La Cantina de San Angel, then went to meet Elsa & Anna.
Anna was so sweet and just as talkative as she is in the movie.
We moved on to meet Elsa. She was quiet and reserved and played her character well. The girl’s expressions were cracking me up.
We left there and walked around the showcase, by all the countries to Soarin’ and Living with the Land. By this time, Joey was running out of steam, so we headed on back to the camper. It was hot!
I was sad he couldn’t make it any longer because we had reservations to eat dinner at Akershus. So fun!
This was a great experience! The food was good, and the all the Princesses were so great! I think the girls were star struck.
So, by this time, we were getting tired. I really wanted to ride Remy’s Adventure. It had a 90 minute wait, and I really didn’t want to stand in line that long. I was sad, but we made the decision to head back to our resort.
Addison and I snapped some pictures on the way out. She was so thrilled. Hahaha!
Thursday, we woke up, and Joey felt better. This was an off day. I snapped a picture of this pretty azalea while we were out and about.
We headed to the pool to play and get some rays. Addison loved it! Sadly, the main pool was closed for renovations while we were there, so we had to go to the smaller pool. It wasn’t too bad, it just didn’t have all the cool things like the splash pad and the slide.
Once we were wrinkled up from swimming, we dried off and played some tetherball.
We all got cleaned up and headed to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. We had so much fun! The food was delicious and the entertainment was great! We were all laughing the whole time. I’m so glad they opened this back up post Covid! If you’re on the fence about it, I would 100% recommend it!
Friday morning, we were up early, packed and headed back north to Georgia. Unfortunately, we blew another tire on the way back home. These tires were only 2 years old and Joey checked them numerous times! Needless to say, he jumped on the phone immediately and ordered 5 more tires on our drive home.
We got home around 7, unloaded and headed to bed. That wraps up our Disney vacation. It didn’t go as we had planned, but you never can trust that things will go according to plan.
See ya’ll back here on Friday!

It sure sounds like you made the best of it though! Epcot has always been one of my favorite parks and we tend to spend a lot of time there on each trip.
