**Hello Monday** {3.4.2024}

Happy Monday!!! How are ya’ll doing today? Did you have a good weekend? 

Like the norml, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

I snapped this pic first thing Friday morning of the A Duo. They were happy it was Friday! 

Friday and Friday night, the weather was yucky! So rainy and windy, and the temperature majorly dropped. So, we stayed in Friday night. I put in a baked potato, and Joey cooked some grilled chicken and shrimp. 

Saturday morning, I only had to get up once, around 3, to let Milo out. Then, we slept until about 7. 

While I was trying to clean, do laundry,  bathe the dog, and a million other things, Addison was playing dress up. This Minnie “top” used to be mine. And it used to be a dress. 

 

Our 2nd grade friends had the Championship basketball game. We went to support, and it was so much fun! 

The cheering squad was strong! 

They won!! We were so excited for these awesome boys!! 

We left the ball game and headed to a few paint stores. One of my tasks this weekend was to pick out a stain color, for our back patio. If you know me, you know that I’m very indecisive. I’d rather just pay someone to pick it out for me and tell me what will be the best. I get majorly anxious about making these big decisions. Building our house was a huge challenge for me. #allthedecisions

The first 2 paint stores, we did not find anything I liked. 

We had to hurry because Joey’s sister, Emma, was going to Prom, and we wanted to see her and get some pictures. She looked so beautiful! 

We left pictures, went by to check on the dog and change clothes, then headed to Lowe’s to look for paint. And, alas, I think I found a color I like. However, I couldn’t fully commit, so I just bought this small container to take home and try before buying in bulk. 😉 

After grabbing paint, we had to run to Kohls and Target for a few things. 

Then, we decided to hit up our favorite Mexican restaurant. They gave Addison cookies and a balloon, so she was thrilled. 

On the way home, we drove through our downtown area. They were having “glow” night. It looked so fun, but we weren’t really prepared to stay. So, I snapped a pic as we drove through. 

Sunday, we had an easy morning. I had to run to the grocery store. Then, I did some meal prep for the week. 

Meanwhile, Addison was playing with her makeup set. 

My Mom and Dad got home around lunchtime from Florida. They’ve been gone for 8 weeks, so we have missed them! We headed to their house yesterday afternoon and stayed for a couple hours. They brought us sweet gifts, and we enjoyed hearing stories of their trip and seeing pictures. 

We are thankful they had fun, but we are very thankful they are home! 

I saw this, and it made me giggle.
