**Healthy Lunch Choices** {5.1.2024}

Today, I’m sharing a couple, very easy, and healthy lunch ideas. At this point of the year, we are always needing quick and easy, so these were great. 

I bought these Quest Nacho Cheese Protein Chips. I put some shredded Costco Rotiserrie Chicken on top and then drizzled some Queso. You could also add some more veggies. I just didn’t. I did add some salsa. And voila, so easy, filling, and delicious! 

 

Another easy lunch idea were these mini pizzas. I used Carb Balance Mission fajita size tortillas. I added some pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. Again, you could also add other toppings. I just didn’t. I slid it in the air fryer for a few minutes, and it was good to go! 

I ended up folding mine to make it easier to eat. It was great and again, so easy! 

These chopped salads are a great go-to for grab and go. I just add some protein, and I’m set. 

And that’s it… anything else I need to add?
