**A little Fall with a perfect Fall Recipe** {9.23.2020}

Happy Wednesday! Holy cow Fall came in with a bang. These cooler temperatures have been giving me all the Fall feels. Today’s post is short and sweet.

I made this chili last week in the crockpot. It was perfect for the cooler weather. I toasted up a grilled cheese with some toppings, and it was just what we needed.

Question: Does anyone else put sour cream in their chili? We had a guest join us for dinner, and I had sour cream out as a topping. He had never heard of adding it. He did, and loved it! Ha! It may be a southern thing. 😉

Joey bought me this slow cooker a few years ago. It was the Best Investment Ever! Seriously! I love all the features on it. You can of course set it for low or high for a set amount of time. Once the time is up, it immediately switches to warm. Mine is the 6.5 quart, which is perfect for us. It also comes in a 7 quart and a 4 quart.

I ordered this banner and these Eucalyptus silver dollar branches from Amazon. They were perfect to accompany my Fall decor on the mantle. 🙂

That’s it for today. We are still having lots of fun on vacay. I will be back on Monday to do a recap. 🙂

I hope you guys have a great rest of the week and now go make some chili. Don’t forget the sour cream. 😉
