**Hello Monday** {4.19.2021}

Happy Monday! The weeks are flying by.. and the weekends. How is everyone today?

We had a great weekend enjoying lots of outside time.

Friday, I picked Mom up after school, and Addison and I all went to the outlets to do some Spring shopping. Addison wanted to pose at all the things. Ha!

Saturday morning, we were up bright and early and eager to work on some things around the house. We ran to Lowe’s and got some more blocks to work on our retaining wall.

We got some more Rubber Mulch for Addison’s playset area. Some more mulch for the flower beds, and some Ferns for the front porch.

These blocks were heavy!

Loving the new ferns for the front porch.

Addison was being a great helper shoveling out the mulch.

Joey also planted our garden. We have peppers, green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, okra, and yellow corn.

After the hard work outside, we went to eat seafood for dinner. Of course, Addison didn’t have seafood. Mac-n-cheese for her.

We have always had Britax carseats and always been very happy with them. We went to BuyBuyBaby and upgraded Addison to the Britax Grow with You Click-Tight Harness 2-Booster seat. Addison was very excited!!

I ended the evening with one of my favorite sweet Georgia wines.

Sunday, Addison and I ran to Publix. I was extremely excited to see this display. Takes me back to the early 90s.

We spent most of the afternoon outside. Addison asked Joey to take her training wheels off. He did… She’s not quite ready to go on her own, but she was trying.

We ate with my parents and my Papa and Jojo last night. Mom’s flowers are so pretty right now. This pink dogwood is gorgeous.

I hope you all have a great start to your week! Thanks for following along.

    I was trying to explain Dunkaroos to my boys; I’m going to have to keep an eye out for them. I loved those snacks. The yard is looking beautiful and I love those ferns by the front door.

    Oh my goodness… I haven’t seen Dunkaroos in forever! Love it! Looks like you guys had a nice, productive weekend. We just put in one of those retaining walls a couple years ago, and you are right, those blocks are heavy! It looks great!
