**Let’s Look at….. Phone, Apps & Such** {8.11.2021}

Happy Wednesday!!

 Today is another fun little link-up party.  I’m linking up with Shay from MixandMatchMama and Erika from ALittleBitofEverything and talking about all things phone.

I had to get a new phone last year. I had an iPhone XR, but the camera on it wasn’t good anymore. I upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro and have been very happy with it. I have a Loopy case and love it! It’s great for carrying the phone around and for holding while taking pictures. If you’ve never checked them out, I highly recommend them. 🙂

Up bright and early. What time is your alarm set for?

Alright, so now I will dive into the apps. And, I’m just going to go ahead and preface, the 1 down on messages is about to send me over the edge. We went to the mountains on Sunday, and I lost service. Then, when I got back service, the 1 popped up, and I can’t find the unread message. #sigh I have turned off my phone about 4 times and cleared out all my pages. I’m not sure what the deal is.

Anyway, this is my main screen. This is where most of my social media, Amazon, banking, weather, and all my most used apps live.

My 2nd page has some other favorite apps like my Nordstrom app, the Target app, and the Podcast app. Anyone have some good podcast recommendations?

My next few pages have a bunch of random things. My CFA app is on this page along with YouTube and Pandora. I even have Heads Up! app on here because you never know when you might need to play a game while waiting in the car.

The Think Dirty app gives information about all kinds of products like makeup and sunscreen and it ranks them with the amount of toxic chemicals and how safe they are. If you’re ever wondering about a product and how safe it is, always check it out there first. Funny story, when Joey saw that, on my phone one day, he asked me what kind of dirty apps I have going on my phone. Ha! 😉

My 4th page has my Jules & James app for shopping. I also have my Class Dojo app on here for classroom management. My TEAMS app for calling into meetings virtually is on this page. As well as Venmo. Us teachers are always needing to buy things for parties and things, so Venmo is so handy to have. Anyone else Venmo?

My last page has some Streaming apps like Disney +, Bravo, and Netflix. I also love to shop on The Willow Tree app. Duck Duck Go is a non-tracking search engine that I often use. Google tracks everything you search, so I often end up searching things on Duck Duck Go just because I like to stay incognito. Haha!

I hope you found some new apps while reading today. I can’t wait to learn about some that you guys love and can’t live without. 😉

Here are the topics for the remainder of the year. Next month is Meal Plan. Eek! So fun!

Thanks for stopping by. I will see you back here on Friday for our favorites from the week.

    I feel so old reading this as I don’t feel like I even know what 1/2 these apps are! I do like the Think Dirty app though; I was trying to find some “clean” facial cleanser the other day at the grocery store and I was so indecisive about what to buy for that very reason.
