**Hello Monday** {9.13.2021}

Hello Monday! I am down and ready to tackle this 5 day week. How was your weekend? Ours was filled with some Fall fun and a lot of celebrating!

Friday night, we had to run over to a house my Aunt and Uncle are flipping. They’re like the next Chip and Joanna of the Waleska area. Ha! They wanted Joey to look at the furnace/heat & air unit to determine what needs to be done. I should have taken a picture, so I can compare the before and after. And then share the  final project when they are finished. They’ve done a total gut job of the place. I know it will turn out awesome when they’re done.

We got up early Saturday morning and headed north for some Apple farm fun! We typically go to B.J. Reece because I feel like it has the most to do that we all can enjoy.

As we were waiting in line, these sweet little kittens were pouncing all around. So sweet.

Color Block Shirt from Amazon. Will be perfect to wear this Fall.

We asked Addison to pick a few of the activities that she really wanted to do. She finally narrowed it down to the Petting farm and the Jumping Pillow.

Here’s a picture at the same spot, 4 years earlier. The years do fly by, friends. Look at those chunky baby toes.

Then, we headed into the orchard.

She also really wanted to do the slide. She pronounced that this was one of her favorite things of the day.

We went to the store, grabbed some Apple Pies and Apple Cider Donuts because when in Rome. 😉

Then, we headed across the street to do the wagon ride and watch the pig race.

The jumping pillow is on that side of the mountain. So, she fully enjoyed that! We had to drag her off with dirty feet and bottom. You know how the saying goes, if you don’t get dirty, did it even happen?

Our 9th wedding anniversary is on the 15th. I can’t believe I’ve been married to this handsome guy for 9 years. We decided to go ahead and celebrate this weekend. He made reservations at one of our local restaurants, J Michael Prime.

He got a ribeye, and I ordered chicken. We ordered Brussels sprouts to share. They were amazing! Some of the best we have ever had. He literally wanted to lick the bowl. I had to hold him back and remind him of his manners. 😉

Then, we ordered some Strawberry Bread Pudding for dessert. It was delicious too!

We had a nice meal celebrating each other.

Yesterday, we took it easy. Addison was feeling kindof sickly. Her sinuses were bothering her. I did laundry, cleaned and organized some things.

Later, we took Joey’s Mom out for her birthday which is next week. We enjoyed many laughs, and the girls entertained us, as usual.

How cute is this graphic tee, from Amazon, to wear this Fall. I love all the colors, but I especially love it in the dark orange.

Joey and I watched “Turning Point” on Netflix this weekend. It was all about 9/11 which is always fascinating to me. No matter how many stories or movies/documentaries I have watched, I will continue to watch more. If you’re looking for something interesting to watch, check it out. I learned so much that I had no idea about.

That’s it for our weekend. I hope you all have a wonderful start to your week! See you back here on Wednesday.
