**Friday Favorites** Easter Edition {4.22.2022}

Happy Friday Everyone!! How was you week? Ours wasn’t too bad. I actually made it a whole week without one of us being out! Yay!! I feel like I deserve a prize….. trophy… margarita?!? 😉

Per the usual, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing our favorites from the week.

Today, is a little hodge podge of a bunch of things. I’m going to back it up and start with last weekend because I never got to share.

Last Saturday morning, Joey ran a race. He did awesome! We were so proud of him! I had to pre make a lot of things for all of our Easter gatherings, so I was in the kitchen most of the day. That evening, we started out with a trip to Home Depot to grab some things and ended up at Taco Mac for dinner.

Sunday: The Easter Bunny came, and she was so excited about all the things.

We had brunch at Joey’s Mom’s house. I made ham & cheese quiche, sausage muffins, and cheese grits.

For my Papa’s later, I was in charge of the macaroni and cheese and a cake.

For Joey’s Granny’s that evening, I made a Hash brown Casserole and cupcakes.

I only got pictures of the desserts. 😉

First, we headed to Joey’s Moms and Addison was very excited to see Adalynn! We ate. Then it was egg hunt time. Addison is still only able to walk on her leg- no running or jumping. So, she slowly waddled around.

Next, we headed to my Papa’s house. We got there and everyone was eating. So, we hopped in line and grabbed a plate.

Then all the kiddos were ready to hunt some eggs.

After hunting, we snagged some pictures. We got lots of pictures with my sweet Papa. He will be 92 in June. Love him. He’s so precious to all of us!

Sunday evening, we went to Joey’s Granny’s house. Grampa Chick Chick is definitely a favorite! Addison adores him.

All the girls lined up and were ready to hunt.

Then, we attempted to get a picture. It was quite humorous. Especially trying to get a picture with sleepy Charleigh. She was not having it!

Ivy brought ribbons to play with. The girls were loving them!

Now on to our weekly favorites. We are loving that the weather is becoming warmer in the evenings. Playing outside and doing all the things is always a favorite.

“Mama, my banana is a baby” Ha!

I had to tutor my little, buddy, Logan this week. He’s made so much progress, and I’m so proud of him!

Our sweet niece, Adalynn, had a big birthday this week!

Getting my tea fix was a favorite this week.

Look at my not so little baby. It’s a favorite, but it definitely makes me sad. She’s growing up too fast! Kindergarten, here we come!

Yesterday was picture day at Addison’s school. She was picture ready.

I saw this on one of my friend’s social media pages and laughed out loud. 🙂

Isn’t this the truth…. Ha! #sigh
