**Friday Favorites** {4.21.2023}
Happy Happy Friday!! Whew! It’s been a busy, busy week! I’m so glad it’s almost the weekend!
Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.
I had a Teams meeting on Tuesday with some Middle School personnel regarding upcoming sixth grade students. It’s always fun seeing some familiar faces at the receiving school.
Tuesday night, we had STEM night. I was stationed in the Robotics room. There were Bee bots and Osmobots in our room. The kids loved them! I got to snap a few pics of Adalynn.
This week is Teacher Appreciation at Addison’s school. We love Mrs. Lindsey and have loved spoiling her this week! Wednesday was pool/beach day. We found her a black/white towel (her favorite colors) and got her a floating coozie with her favorite soda. 🙂
Wednesday, our school had the board members out for a visit and luncheon. I was responsible for helping decorate for the event. I had lots of helpers, and it turned out great! They were very complimentary about everything they saw. 🙂
Wednesday, before dance, we stopped by this cute, new boutique. We enjoyed perusing around. And, we LOVED the fun, little photo opportunity. 😉
The men have continued to make progress on our outdoor patio, and have started putting up the tongue and groove boards. So exciting!!
This week, Addison finished up all her books for the year! We were so proud of her and her progress!
We finally finished watching Daisy Jones & the Six! Have you watched it? We really enjoyed it, and it was great because we both liked it! I would just warn you that there’s language and drug usage if you’re sensitive to that. I loved all the music and the clothes!
How cute is this Boho dress from Amazon! I’m definitely going to be ordering it! It comes in so many different colorways. But, as you know me, I’m leaning toward the pink. 🙂 I also think this would be a good option for a Mother’s day dress.
I am eager to order some of this stain treater. It has amazing reviews with over 16,000! So, it’s gotta be good!
So, since they are doing all the work, I have been busy looking for some furniture to go out there. I really like the look of this Better Homes and Garden style from Walmart. However, I’ve been looking at Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, and Home Goods. Where else should I look? I need ideas! I am looking for a sitting area, and a table with chairs to eat at. Thanks for the help!

Oh wow! The STEM night looks like a lot of fun and how lovely to have a Teacher Appreciation week. Teachers are really amazing people and deserve to be spoiled.
