**Friday Favorites** {5.12.2023}

TGIF!! So thankful it’s Friday! We have had a doozy of a week, and I’m ready for some down time. Plus, Joey comes home tonight, and we are ready for him to be home! 🙂

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing my favorite things from the week.

Monday morning I had some yogurt with some of our freshly picked strawberries. What a treat! 

This week we celebrated Teacher’s Appreciation week! Our sweet Admin, dressed up as the Flight Fleet, and brought us room service on Monday. We all felt very loved! 

We celebrated the marriage of one our colleagues. And, we had Bundt cakes which are a favorite! 

Tuesday night, Addison and I made a Trader Joe’s stop. We grabbed some of our essential favorites. 

Wednesday, we had a stow away want to join the office staff. Our principal took care of getting it back out to his woodsy home. 

Yesterday, Admin came around with little pick me ups in the afternoon. It was so sweet and just what we all needed. 🙂

Addison finished her book report and was ready to present as Little Red Riding Hood. 

Her and all the classmates did a wonderful job! I didn’t end up until after school that we had forgotten to send her picnic basket. Oh well. Too much going on. 

Yesterday was Addison’s last Mother’s Day Tea at her current school. Oh, the tears were shed all around. It is always the most precious thing, and it’s truly one of my favorite events. 

I tried to hold it together, but it’s hard with the music and all the sentimental, sweet handprints and notes. 

We just love, love, love Mrs. Lindsey, and we are so sad about leaving. She has done so much for Addison this year!
