**Hello Monday** {8.28.2023}

Hey friends!! Happy Monday! How was your weekend? 

Today, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend. 

I don’t know if you remember, but my office is in a former storage closet. Bree is one of my closet-mates. And our third closet mate is Laurie. We get a lot of business done in there and have lots of laughs. Laurie was on the lookout because she lost her key. We were looking everywhere and knew it would be easy to spot since it was on a giant paperclip. Low and behold, Bree and I were searching and we found it right in the front of her desk drawer. We busted out laughing and had to send her a selfie with the key. 

Friday night, Joey’s Dad had requested to keep Addison for a few hours and take her to dinner. She was definitely living her best life. 

Saturday morning, Joey got up before 3 and headed to run with his friend Colin. I told him he was crazy. He was back home a little after 7. I worked on the usual- laundry, cleaning, and organizing. 

A little later, Mom, Addison & I headed to our downtown Farmer’s Market to see if we could find some goodies. We didn’t stay long because the heat was scorching! 

We left there and headed to do some shopping and to Costco. Addison had to have some ice cream to cool off. Ha! 

Saturday evening, Addison, Joey and I went to grab a bite to eat at Sideline’s grill. 

We were back home and relaxing with a family movie before long. 🙂

Sunday morning, we were up and heading to Church. 

After church, we grabbed a sweet treat to help cool us down. I think today is the last triple digit heat index day in the predicted forecast. Rain is on the way! 

We went to eat dinner with Mom & Dad last night. Mom cooked. After dinner, we were enjoying ourselves and laughing really really hard at Funniest Home Videos. I remember being little and loving watching this show. 

Ha! Yes, I love this! 

This made me giggle! 

That’s it for our weekend! Just five more days until the 3-day weekend!! We are ready! I’ll see you back here on Wednesday for our What’s up Wednesday link-up. 🙂
