Hello Monday! How was everyone’s weekend? We are on the countdown to Labor Day! 5 days and counting! I saw this, and it spoke to me. Many prayers to you all and everyone that is hurting today. As well as all the people that have been impacted by Hurricane Ida. Today was our last soccer game of the Summer season. I apologize now for all the pictures. I just wanted to soak it all in. Happy Monday Everybody! How’s everyone doing today? I hope everyone had a great weekend. We sure did! Today, I have an early morning appointment, so I’m dropping off the little miss at school a little later than usual. We started off our Friday night with some fun. And, Addison tried to trap me in the bathroom. Ha! Such a little trickster! Saturday morning, we were off to soccer. Addison is getting a lot more confident and showing more aggression on the field. **You don’t have Muffin on Me** {8.18.2021}
Today, I’m sharing a couple of muffin recipes. These both are great for grab and go breakfasts. I am sharing Zucchini Muffin and my Sausage Muffin recipe. Zucchini Muffins 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 2 c. grated zucchini 2 c. All-Purpose Flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring (Can add pecans, but I never do) Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes about 15 muffins. I’ve also made this in a loaf pan, and it still had some leftover for a few muffins. If you’re making it in a loaf…

Happy Monday! It’s not good to see you again so soon. Ha! Why do the weekends always go by so fast? Today, I’m recapping our weekend. Friday night, I did a bunch of laundry and was in the bed by 9:00. It was the perfect night! Saturday morning, we were up bright and early for some soccer.
