  • **Addison is 6!*** {11.16.2022}

    Yesterday was Addison’s 6th Birthday! I can’t believe my sweet, little girl is 6! Time really does fly by!  Oh how special you are Addison Faith. You are kind, sweet, mother hen, rule follower (for the most part), athletic, determined, and everything in between. We are so thankful for you.  Just sit back and get ready for picture overload.  And, I know I’m sharing all the things, but here was her 1st Thanksgiving and Christmas! If you’ll notice, she’s crying/screaming in the Thanksgiving picture, which I feel like she did most of her first 5 months of life. I just remember that time being so exhausting and a blur.  I…

    Hey Hey Friends!! Happy November!! I can’t believe Halloween is over and Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner.  Today, I’m sharing all about our Halloween day and all the fun that was had! We started off Halloween morning with pictures of the witches.  Addison’s school had Trunk or Treat on Halloween. It was crazy, but so much fun! Their class’s trunk was adorable!  We are blessed with so many Grands and Great Grandparents that we have to start early to get them all in. We started off with going to see my sweet Papa. He tried to scare Addison, but she knew it was him. She was cracking…

  • **Back to School Brinner** {8.17.2022}

    Hey Friends! Happy Wednesday! Earlier this week, I finally got around to doing my Back to School Breakfast/Dinner, Brinner. 😉  I used folders for the placemats and added in Handwriting paper and Composition books. I scattered some books and crayons and such around the table. Easy Peasy.  I also used my Apple Pottery Plates. It was perfect!  I made Pancakes, Bacon, my Sausage Muffins, Eggs, Fruit, and Pastries.  It was super easy to prepare, and Addison loved it!  If you’re looking for something easy and fun, I would suggest doing this!  That’s it! I’ll see you back here on Friday! Thanks for popping by!  xo Thank you to Amazon and…

  • **Spring Must Do List** {3.9.2022}

    Today, I’m sharing some fun things we want to do this Spring! Spring is definitely one of my favorite seasons, minus the pollen. It’s like the bridge to Summer which is definitely a favorite! I polled Addison with what she wanted to do this Spring. She gave me a list of things. So, today I’m sharing in hopes that you all may get some inspiration.  Play Soccer– Well, that’s good because we signed her up and are starting this weekend. It’s supposed to be a very chilly 30 degrees for the high, 21 for the low on Saturday and possibly snow. Good grief! So, not looking forward to that. However,…

Here’s me and my girl at iHOP…

    Happy 2022! Wow, that sounds strange. How was your Christmas and New Years? Despite some sickness, we had a great one! Today and Wednesday, I’m going to share all about the fun we had during our Christmas break.  Joey got off work a little early on the Thursday before Christmas, and Addison and I picked him up and headed toward Stone Mountain to meet up with Britney and her little family.  They had lots of little shows and characters for the kids. We loved it all.  The 4D Polar Express experience was fun!  When we came out of the theater, it was dark, and the parade was about to begin. …

  • **Polar Express Train** {12.15.2021}

    Today, I’m sharing all about our trip on Sunday to ride the “Polar Express” train. It was so amazing and magical.  Great Smoky Mountain Railroad  Addison woke up to her elf leaving her a note with instructions that her parents were taking her on a trip. She needed to bring the book, cup, glove and hat, and to changer into her pajamas. She was so excited trying to guess what we were doing.  It was about a 2 1/2 hour drive to Bryson City, NC where the train departed. I snapped this picture of the Nantahala river on the way up there.  We arrived in town about 3 hours before…
