**Wednesday Check-In** {3.18.2020}

Well, it has really been interesting around here. I’m trying to keep it as normal as possible and trying very hard to stick Addison to a “schedule”. 

I have to be available for “office hours” from 9-10:30 to answer questions/emails that my students may have. I have additional meetings scheduled throughout some of my days. Per the governor, we are mandated to stay closed through March 31st. I am “learning” quickly how to navigate the digital world/classroom. My student’s parents are also having to muddle through this. We will get through it together!! 

With all that said, I’ve been having Addison do some “academic” activities too. I will share those with you on Friday.

Today, is all about our menu for the week. 

Sunday: Fried Flounder & Shrimp, Coleslaw, TaterTots

Monday: Beef Tacos & Street Corn

Tuesday: Ritz Cracker chicken, green beans, oven roasted potatoes

Wednesday: Leftover tacos

Thursday: Leftover chicken

Friday: Salmon, Lima Beans, mashed sweet potatoes 

Saturday: Kitchen’s CLOSED We will call something in 

It’s looked a lot like this around here….
