Happy Monday!!…. We are in that weird stage between Christmas and New Years when we don’t know what day it is or what to do… And there are toys everywhere. **Hello Monday** It’s Christmas week! {12.21.2020}
Happy Monday! Holy cow… it’s been a while… I apologize, and as most of you know, I’m technologically challenged. My site/theme went down last week. It was corrupted, whatever that means, I tried to fix it myself. That didn’t last very long. Long story short, I was doing live chats, phone calls, emails… trying to get it fixed. It was apparently, not an easy fix. #sigh. I think it’s up and running correctly now. I always like to make different Christmas cookies for mine and Joey’s work colleagues/friends. This past weekend, I did that. All day…. It always wears me out, but I do love it! And this year, Addison helped me, which made it even more fun. I’m going to share 3 easy Christmas goodie recipes that you could should do. š The first one I’m sharing is super easy. **Weekend Recap** {12.14.2020}
Happy Monday!!! Wow, our weekend flew by, but that’s okay. We are on the countdown around here. Five days, and we will be off for Christmas break! We are super excited and ready for lots of fun this week. First, I’m sharing what we did this weekend. Addison had her dance recital on Saturday. She did so awesome, and we were so proud of her and Adalynn. Dinner afterwards…. Addison was extremely hyper. Silly girl. We found some lights to see as we drove home. We kicked off our Friday night with one of my faves. #littlesap #joytotheworld #savetheneckforme The Best way to Spread Christmas Cheer is Singing Loud for All to Hear! #elf Saturday night, after we ate dinner, we decided to ride around with some hot chocolate and look at Christmas lights. **North Pole Breakfast** {12.2.2020}
Monday night for dinner, I planned to have our Elf arrive. This is the first year we have an Elf, so I wanted him to show up in a cute way. I decorated our dining area with garland, balls, and twinkle lights. I sat him on a sled. We had to name our Elf right away. Addison decided on Sammy after many other crazy choices and a lot of persuading to name it something we could both pronounce and spell. Haha! Sammy brought her a Gingerbread house to complete together as a family. I found the plates and Gingerbread House from Michaels. I made a “North Pole” breakfast for dinner…
