**Let’s Look at…. Favorite Traditions** {12.8.2021}

Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! Today I’ve got a fun little link-up post for you. I’m linking up with Shay from MixandMatchMama and Erika from ALittleBitofEverything and talking about our favorite traditions. Can you believe this is our last Let’s Look post of 2021. This year flew by.

This meme pretty much sums up how I feel this time of year. I want to fit in as much fun as possible everyday. 😉

I have so many traditions that I like to happen. I’m going to share some from last year and maybe a few from this year because we haven’t gotten to them all yet.

We usually start the season off with Elfie arriving. He typically arrives and brings a North Pole Breakfast. You can read about it here

We have always gone to the Christmas parade, and love this tradition. It really gets us excited for the season. We went this past Friday.

We always decorate a Gingerbread house. Addison loves it, and typically eats a lot more candy than she puts on the house. Ha!

This picture is from last year, but we have plans to do ours soon.

We always go to look at Christmas lights as much as possible. Usually, we go 2-3 times. At least one of those times, we go get Starbucks/Hot Chocolate and drive around neighborhoods. We have the best time, and it’s such a fun tradition to do every year.

Her Winter recital is always something we look forward to. All the dancers have worked so hard, and I always get teared up during the songs and performances.

Lots of crafts are a favorite to do around here during this time of year.

We love to bake and make lots of Christmas goodies. I used to love doing this with my Mom, so I love that Addison and I get to do it together, and we carry on the tradition.

We love going to all the Grandparents and Great-Grandparents houses for Christmas dinners and games and fun. Last year, with Covid, we didn’t get to go to see everyone. I’m hoping this year will be better. Fingers crossed.

Here are all our topics from the year if you missed them.

In January, we looked at our Coffee bar

I was out of town during February’s post, so it didn’t happen.

In March, I shared what we like to do on a Perfect Night In

In April, we looked at our Pantry and Fridge

I also took off the months of June & July. I may have been out of town these days too.
