**Friday Favorites** {3.25.2022}

Hello Friday!! So excited to see you! It’s been a long week, and we are excited for a few days of rest. How was your week?

Like the norm, I’m linking up with the blogs AlittlebitofEverything and Momfessionals and sharing our favorites from the week.

Monday, I was busy working on the schedule for next year. It’s crazy that it’s already time to start preparing for next year. I love making the schedule! It’s like a big puzzle that all the pieces have to fit exactly right.

I felt like we spent a ton of our week in the car. We had a lot of appointments to catch. Monday afternoon, we finally headed to the Orthopedic doctor.

It was World Down Syndrome Awareness Day, so I was wearing my yellow and blue.

The Ortho did not like the way the ER put the cast on, so he cut her cast to her calf and rewrapped it, in order for her foot to get a little more room. Her foot and leg were still swollen. He wants to recast on Tuesday, and hopefully, she can put some weight on that cast. Fingers crossed.

Tuesday, I took her to school to pass on all the instructions to her teachers and the assistants and make sure she was squared away to start on Wednesday.

We made a Target run after. I loathe the big shopping cart, but it actually was very helpful this day. #targetforthewin

We grabbed some CFA for lunch, on the way home, and had an outdoor picnic. It was quite windy, and we kept having to grab and hold everything down.

Tuesday afternoon, I had a Dermatologist appointment. Mom met me, so she could sit with Addison in the car. I decided to grab a Strawberry Lemonade Refresher on the way, and it was delicious!

After all the things were checked and some things were frozen/cut off, us girls went shopping for a bit. If you haven’t ever gone to get a skin check, and you’re now wearing eye cream at night ;), I would definitely recommend making an appointment and getting your self checked.

Addison’s sweet Preschool Director and other teacher friends sent her a gift this week. She was so surprised, and just loved it! It was the sweetest for them to send her a gift. Her school is definitely a favorite.

Now that Spring is here, Joey is getting everything outside ready. He aerated the yard one evening, and he plowed the garden. We are happy for longer days with the sun setting later.

I thought I would share some tried and true ideas for Easter baskets. Addison got this remote control for Christmas and has loved it! It would be a great idea for playing outside this Spring.

You all know that Pop Its are all the rage right now, and this Pop It Rainbow purse would be so cute and perfect for your little girly girl.

How fun is this Playfloam. It would be great for fostering creativity and working on those fine motor skills.

Addison loves all the sidewalk chalk! This adorable egg shaped set would be perfect to throw in the basket!

Swimsuits are always a great idea to put in the basket! I typically put in a swimsuit, some goggles and some new flipflops. Target has some cute swimsuits right now! Check them all out here

Addison has these Splash goggles! The strap on the back is so much more comfortable than typical goggles, and I love all the different designs. She has the mermaid ones.

I’m also planning to throw these sandals in, so she can wear them with her bathing suit to the pool, to the beach, or anytime.
