**Hello Monday** {2.13.2023}

Happy Monday Everybody!! I am so thankful we finally had a weekend where we were all well!

Today, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Friday evening, Addison had her first basketball tournament game. We headed to eat Mexican before the game. They already had it decorated for Valentine’s Day. 🙂

The girls played hard and have learned so much this season!

We ended up losing, but we were all so proud of their progress. We really did have the sweetest girls on our team.

Saturday morning, Addison and I worked on some cleaning, packing and laundry. Joey headed to Cindy’s new house, and Addison and I headed to town to run some errands.

After getting back home and dropping everything off, we headed on to Cindy’s to see if we could help unpack or anything. The girls got some play time in.

Once we got back home, we got cleaned up and dressed to head out for dinner. Joey was taking his girls out for Valentine’s day.

Growing up my parents and I would semi regularly go to eat at Cherokee Cattle Company. Sadly, it closed right after Covid. It just reopened, remodeled and renamed as Cherokee Chop House. I had been wanting to try it out, so Joey made us reservations to go for Valentine’s day. <3

There were some things that were just as delicious and gave me all the nostalgia. Other items were all new. Thank you Joey for a delicious meal spent with my favorite people!

After dinner, we headed to Crumbl’ Cookie to get something sweet. The best and perfect way to wrap up the night.

I love a great Rom Com movie, and I feel that they have really been lacking lately. I was so excited when I saw this movie was coming out! It was very cute! I don’t know if it is as good as the OG Rom Coms of the 90s, but it did make me happy!

Sunday morning, we got up and went to church. It was a chilly, rainy morning. Yuck! So sick of the rain!

When we got home, we changed clothes and started working on putting Valentines together.

We decided to see if my Papa was home and go visit him. He and Addison had so much fun laughing and playing ball. He’s been a little under the weather lately, so we were happy to see he was feeling better.

We got back home, I decided to work on some blog posts while I watched some Hallmark. Joey napped, and I may have nodded off for about 10 minutes too. The weather just makes everyone sleepy.

We headed to eat with Mom & Dad’s for dinner and watch the start of the Super Bowl. I loved Chris Stapleton’s performance of the National Anthem. It was beautiful and brought tears to my eyes.

And, this is me. LOL

We headed home and did bath time and got lunches packed and outfits ready for today.

Have a great day everyone!
