**Hello Monday** {12.4.2023}

Happy Happy Monday, friends!! What a joyful time it is! Christmas is so magical around our house. Addison is so excited about everything, and I am trying to treasure it all!

Today, I’m linking up with Holly and Sarah for Hello Monday and sharing a recap of our weekend.

Friday morning, Addison got some reindeer ears from her Grandpa and Granna. She was feeling extra festive on the first day of December.

After school, we ran to Target to grab some things. And, of course, grab some things that weren’t probably needed. 😉

Friday night, Elfie arrived. We had our annual North Pole breakfast.

We got brinner cleaned up and headed to our local high school to see The Grinch production put on by some high school students and the Special Ed. students. It was so good and so sweet! Addison loved it!

Saturday morning, we were up early to get ready for Addison’s first basketball game.

She ran in the living room to search for Elfie. She found him, and he had brought Buddy the Elf along with a new sleep mask. 🙂

And then we were off to an 8 am game. Addison and the girls played so well. They’ve improved so much, and it was so exciting!

It was a close one, but we pulled out a W! The score was 8-6. 🙂

We are so thankful for great coaches and sweet friends!

Joey had to go into work right after the game.

I worked on some necessary things around the house. I also put out this treat basket, on the porch, for all the hard working delivery drivers.

Joey got home around 3, and we headed out to TJs to grab some “necessary items”.

Just look at all the necessary things in our cart! Hahaha! I love all the treats!

We left TJs and headed to eat dinner at Brookwood Grill! We loved the decorations!

I asked Joey to take a pic of me and Addi. This is what I find. Haha!

My meal was delicious!

We left dinner and headed in search for some Christmas lights!

We loved the Veteran’s Park drive thru lights.

This was a favorite for sure!

Once we were home, we quickly got ready for bed and put on Home Alone 2! I forgot how funny it was!

Sunday morning, Joey had to go back into work. He started a new project last week, and it’s taking a little more of his time right now. We hope it gets going and stops being so dependent soon!

Meanwhile, Addison worked on the Elf puzzle.

Look at the trickery Elfie brought Sunday morning!

After working on a few things, Addison and I headed into town to find some more Christmas presents! We grabbed a cute ‘Little Deb’ to enjoy!

Yesterday evening, Addison had her Christmas Recital. It was all great! We loved all the music and dancing.

Addison danced to “The Clara” dance. She loves Nutcrackers, so she was excited to dance with one. 🙂

She is so lucky to have so many people come to see her dance.

After the show, we headed to dinner at The Marietta Diner. She was enamored with the life size moving Reindeer and Santa.

Mom & Dad got her a Cake pop bouquet with a plush Nutcracker. She’s one spoiled girl.

On the way out, this VW van was all decorated. So fun!

Isn’t this the truth….

And that wraps up our weekend! Whew… I’m exhausted and need another day off…. Ha! I love this time of year! See ya on Wednesday!
