We’ve been watching a LOT of Disney + lately, And I’m not hating it. We have watched Cool Runnings, Remember the Titans, Camp Nowhere… It’s taken me back. **Weekend Recap** {3.23.2020}
Good Monday Morning!! We are on week 2 of school closure/digital learning. It’s becoming the new norm around here. Despite everything going on, we are trying to still have fun while being “quarantined”. Friday, after I had a long video conference, Penny, Cindy, Emily, Emma, and Adalynn came over to play. The girls had a blast playing inside/outside. Addison has really missed Adalynn. After they left, we walked around the yard and picked some purple wildflowers. We sat on the front porch, and Addison read to her class and the kitty. š Saturday morning, while we were eating breakfast, we had some visitors. Then Anna serenaded us to “First time…

**Wednesday Check-In** {3.18.2020}
Well, it has really been interesting around here. I’m trying to keep it as normal as possible and trying very hard to stick Addison to a “schedule”. I have to be available for “office hours” from 9-10:30 to answer questions/emails that my students may have. I have additional meetings scheduled throughout some of my days. Per the governor, we are mandated to stay closed through March 31st. I am “learning” quickly how to navigate the digital world/classroom. My student’s parents are also having to muddle through this. We will get through it together!! With all that said, I’ve been having Addison do some “academic” activities too. I will share those…

**Weekend Recap** {3.16.2020}
Happy Monday!! I’m hoping you guys had a restful weekend with your family taking time to reconnect and practice social distancing. We did! I saw these two pictures, and I agreed. We are always running and in a hurry. It’s wonderful that we now have time to just slow down, enjoy each other’s company and make those memories.Ā Our school system made plans and closed all schools in our county for the next two weeks. We had Friday to get everything prepped and ready. We will be teaching and conducting all meetings online. Unfortunately, a lot of our students don’t have access to internet or a computer. I loaded up…

Happy Monday!! Wow! I had a whirlwind of a weekend. The weather was beautiful!! Loving the sunshine! Unfortunately, rain is back on its way. Friday night, we went to grab something quick for dinner. I had some work to do, but enjoyed a nice glass of white while I worked. Saturday morning, I was up bright and verrrrrrry early, 3:57 am to be exact, to work our county’s job fair. That’s early for a Saturday.…
