**Let’s Look at…. My Top Comforts in Life** {12.13.2023}
Happy Happy Wednesday!! I can’t believe this is the last Let’s Look Post of 2023. We’ve had so much fun chatting about all these fun topics this year.
Alright, so let’s get to it! On the second Wednesday of every month, I link up with Shay from MixandMatchMama and Erika from ALittleBitofEverything. Today we are talking about my top comforts in life.
I enjoy sitting down and relaxing under a blanket with a good book. It makes me oh so happy, and I don’t get to enjoy it enough.
Actually, tomorrow I’m having a bonus post where I’m sharing some favorite Christmas books.
Speaking of blankets, a nice, soft, heavy blanket is the ticket for comfort. I have lots of throws and blankets ranging from Pottery Barn to Nordstrom. This blanket from Amazon has amazing reviews, and I am thinking I may have to try it out.
Also, add in a coffee or hot cocoa to drink, and I’m pretty much done with any sort of productivity.
My Ugg slippers are a favorite, for sure, and scream comfort. They’re so so soft and last for many years.
I know I have listed a lot of material things, but being in my home, with my family is definitely a comfort. I love my house all decorated for Christmas, which brings me joy and comfort.
Knowing that all my family is safe is comforting to me.
Also, comfort food….. give me a delicious roast with mashed potatoes, or maybe some chicken n’ dumplings, and I just feel comfort. 🙂
And, I’m sure there are many, many more, but that’s all I can come up with right now. Because, if I’m being honest, it’s late Tuesday night, and I had already written another blog post when I remembered today is the link-up. Haha!
